My Approach

Therapy is not one-size-fits-all. My style is warm, relational, and tailored to you — because the most effective healing happens when you feel truly seen and understood. Every treatment plan is thoughtfully customized to meet you where you are and grow with you as you evolve.

Modalities I Draw From:

  • Foundational lens: Mindfulness-based framework with an attachment-oriented approach

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) — evidence-based tools woven throughout our work addressing the connection between thoughts, values & behaviors

  • IFS (Internal Family Systems / parts work) — for healing trauma and deepen awareness within yourself and hold greater compassion for the wounded parts

  • Somatic mind-body work — as a 200-hour trained Yoga Instructor with 16 years of practice, I help you access safety in your body through a trauma-informed lens, honoring the body's innate wisdom

Why an Integrative Approach:

This approach allows us to work with both the mind and the deeper, sometimes wordless, parts of your story. With children 12 and under, I focus on a play therapy approach and utilize sand tray play when appropriate.

Grow your potential

“The important thing is: to be able at any moment to sacrifice what we are for what we could become”

Charles DuBos

I have a passion for supporting female identifying clients in all stages of life on their journey toward self-discovery and reaching their goals. This work is close to my heart, and I show up for it fully.

Therapy for your child

Parenting a sensitive or neurodivergent child — including those with ADHD — can be as rewarding as it is exhausting. If you're feeling overwhelmed and unsure how to best support your child, you're not alone, and you've come to the right place. I work with children and their parents to build practical tools that work for your family's unique dynamic.

Beyond the therapy room, I advocate. I will help your child get the understanding and support they deserve to thrive. I specialize in working with sensitive and creative children who struggle to manage big emotions. I provide support for parents and work to strengthen the communication between you and your child.

  • The first session would be parents only

  • I encourage parent-sessions every 8 weeks

  • I believe collateral contact with teachers and other providers helps provide holistic, supportive care for the child
